RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We understand that purchasing online can be difficult, especially when you can only see a picture (images are for illustrative purposes only) and description of the product. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return with our Sales Team.   If you changed your mind: We do accept returns, provided they meet all the following criteria:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • All products must be in a perfect resalable condition.
  • The products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging.
  • Clothing Range: needs to be returned in pristine condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (clear bag).
  • Free items that came with your product also must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, they will be deducted from the refund amount.  

How to return a product within 14 days

Please ensure you follow the above criteria. Please return your parcel via a trustworthy courier service to: Protein Superstore, 11 Fawcett Street, Sunderland, SR1 1SJ.

Please include the following information inside the parcel: order number, full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

The steps above are necessary to ensure your return will be associated with your account. Once we have received your returned parcel and checked that the products are in good order, and providing that the criteria has been followed, we will issue an exchange or refund.

Please allow some time for your refund to reach your account. We do not offer collection services. Return postage costs are at the customers expense unless items arrived faulty or damaged, in which case please contact our sales team to help rectify your issues.
