- To assess tolerance: Mix 15 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml measure) with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, consume another 15 g serving and assess your tolerance again. Do not take a third serving.
- Recommended use based on a 75kg adult male.
- On training days: Mix 15-30 g (approximately one to two heaped 25 ml measures) with 300-400 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach 30-40 minutes before your workout.
- On non-training days: Consider using the caffeine free version of MUSCLE BOMB. Mix 15 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml measure†) with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Consume on an empty stomach. Discontinue use of this product after 12 weeks of use and take a four week break before resuming use.
