• 4 Cooked Chicken Breasts (170g each)
• 2 Egg Whites
• 50g cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
• Salt and Pepper


1. Mix together All Bran, bread crumbs, onion and garlic powder. Put mix in a plate.

2. Put Egg Whites in a bowl.

3. Dip the chicken in the egg whites then dredge in the All Bran mixture, coating completely.

4. Place chicken on a backing sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 30 minutes at 177 Degrees C / Gas Mark 4 or until cooked through.
