Ingredients:

• 1.3kg Chicken Wings, skinned
• 3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
• 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
• 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce

Method:

1. In a large Ziploc bag, combine wings, vinegar, broth, oil, and hot sauce. Turn to coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally.

2. Remove wings from marinade.

3. Spread evenly into a baking sheet, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 190 degrees C / Gas Mark 5 for 10-15 minutes per side.
