Ingredients:

500g lean mince or lamb mince
100g dried apricots (chopped)
50g sultanas
50g raw porridge oats
4 spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp Moroccan seasoning mix
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Method:

1. Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat.
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl with your hands.
3. Wet your hands so the mixture doesn’t stick and form the mixture into 5 burger patties.
4. Place them under the grill, turn mid-way through and cook them for around 10 – 15 minutes or until they are thoroughly cooked through.
