Ingredients:

• 8 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
• 110g of Oat Bran
• 110g of rolled Oats
• 150g of Whole Wheat Flour
• 4 Egg Whites
• 120ml of Skimmed Milk
• 3 Tbsp of Stevia
• 2 Tbsp Honey
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
• 2 Tbsp Raisins
• 2 Tbsp Almonds, sliced

Method:

1.Mix everything together in a big bowl.

2. Pour mixture in a baking tray and bake at 177 degrees Celsius / Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes.

3. Let cool down at room temperature and cut into 6 bars.
