• 8 Egg Whites 
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
• 1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
• 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda


1. Mix everything together in a blender

2. In a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, coated with cooking spray, pour half the mixture (should be 1/3 inch high in the pan)

3. Cook for 3 minutes each side (wait until the crepe in solid before flipping)
