•170g Chicken Breast
• 60g Skinny Food Co Zero Calorie Ketchup
• 35g Low Fat Mozzarella
• 1 Whole Wheat Pitta Bread
• 20g cup sliced Mushrooms
• 20g cup diced Green Pepper
• 20g cup diced Red Pepper
• 20g cup chopped onion
• Salt and Pepper


1. Cook chicken separately. Cut in slices.

2. Spread Skinny Sauce Ketchup on one side of the Pitta Bread

3. Top with chicken and veggies

4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper

5. Bake in Oven at 190 Degrees Celsius/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes or until pitta bread is crusty.
