All orders are sent via a tracked service.


We are happy to refund any product sent back to us in original sealed condition, minus any post and packaging fees incurred.


Any faulty or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, which we will be happy to replace or refund.


Orders may be cancelled at any point prior to items being dispatched, once dispatched if the customer still wishes to cancel, they may send back to us in original sealed condition for a full refund, minus any post and packaging fees.
